About Me
I’m Cheyenne!
I first discovered Pilates while searching for a fun and sustainable way to stay active after years of playing soccer. Having struggled with chronic back and hip pain from minor scoliosis and muscle imbalances, I was amazed at how a consistent Pilates practice not only relieved my discomfort but also transformed the way I moved and felt in my body. Fully immersed in the Pilates world, I spent time taking classes and working the front desk at a studio before transitioning to full-time teaching in 2019.
I am passionate about creating an enjoyable and empowering experience in both private sessions and group classes. My teaching style is customized, dynamic, and efficient—designed to enhance your mind-body connection, improve alignment and mobility, and unlock the many benefits that Pilates and mindful movement have to offer.
Conditions/clients I have experience working with: Mild and severe scoliosis, pre-and post-natal, spondylosis, broken ankles and legs (yes you can still do pilates!), SI joint dysfunction, hypermobility, hip replacements, osteoporosis and osteopenia, retired professional athletes, avid cyclists and runners, and more!
Please email me if you have a specific condition that you would like to discuss with me before booking.
